General Data Protection Regulation
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
The “National Committee on Environment and Children’s Health” recognizes the fundamental right for protecting natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and is committed to protecting personal data of its clients, associates and employees. Hence, “National Committee on Environment and Children’s Health” welcomes the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which came into force on 25 May 2018.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The “National Committee on Environment and Children’s Health” collects and processes personal data within the framework of its activities, aiming exclusively at providing the agreed services as outlined by the contract to which the client is party.
“National Committee on Environment and Children’s Health” takes all technical and organizational measures necessary to secure the safe storage and use of personal data.
The Committee does not share personal data with third parties, unless that is necessary for its compliance with legal obligations or it is necessary for providing the agreed services as outlined by the contract to which the client is party.
